About Me
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me, and please feel free to explore my portfolio.
My name is Olivia Juliano and I am excited a little about myself to you. Growing up in New Jersey, I gained a deep appreciation for the energy and diversity of the East Coast. However as I considered the future, I realized I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and explore a new setting that would inspire personal development and new perspectives. I was drawn to the University of Tampa because of its engaging academic opportunities, such as its AACSB-accredited business program, and of course, the opportunity to live and study in growing a city that is relatively close to the beach! Moving to Tampa wasn’t an easy choice, but I was drawn to a college experience that balances academic excellence with a scenic environment.

My Interests

Exercise
In my free time, I spend a great amount of time outdoors, especially taking sunset walks as a way to reflect and recharge. These walks have strengthened my resilience in both my personal and professional life. Getting fresh air for at least 30 minutes is a crucial part of my everyday routine.

Trends
I love keeping up with trends on social media, whether it’s fashion, technology, or pop culture. But I also enjoy being a trendsetter which means I get to put my own spin on things and inspire others to do the same. Staying in the loop with what’s fresh and new helps me stay connected to the world.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a practice I began experimenting with in 2024, and it has become a crucial part of my routine. It helps me maintain focus in my daily life, reduces stress, and fosters a sense of gratitude. I’ve gained a deeper appreciation for every part of life and it has shaped me into a better person.

Music
At seven years old, I began piano lessons and immediately fell in love with the instrument. As I dedicated myself to mastering the piano, I also took singing lessons. Although I wasn’t the best singer, I take pride in giving it my all at such a young age. Performing at showcases in front of large crowds was scary, but I believe those experiences shaped me into someone who values courage, resilience, and discipline.
My Code Of Ethics

Continuous Learning. I am committed to continuing learning because I feel that consistently extending my knowledge and abilities allows me to contribute my full potential to any role or team. With curiosity and openness, I can contribute to innovative solutions and adapt to changing difficulties in any workplace.
Empathy and Compassion in Conversations. I approach every contact with empathy, to completely comprehend others’ viewpoints and feelings. Practicing compassionate communication enables me to strengthen relationships, resolve disagreements more kindly, and create an environment in which everyone feels heard and appreciated.

Thoughtful decision-making and accountability. Always weigh the risks and consider the consequences before doing or saying something that may affect others. By carefully assessing potential outcomes before making decisions or expressing opinions, I show respect for others’ perspectives and well-being.
